Coventry Youth Operetta presents Miracle on 34th Street - The Musical

Coventry Youth Operetta Group brings to the stage one of the most popular Christmas films in true YOG style!

Doris Walker, the no nonsense special event co-ordinator at New York’s Macy’s Department Store is a divorced, cynical single mother who doesn’t want her young daughter Susan’s head filled with romantic notions AND she does NOT believe in Santa Claus!  So Doris is not impressed when it turns out that Macy’s stand-in Santa Claus may in fact be the real Kris Kringle.  Will Kris Kringle and Fred Gaily convince not only Doris and Susan but also New York City that Kris is the real Santa Claus?

Filled with humour and songs such as “Pinecones and Hollyberries”, “It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas” and “My State, My Kansas” what better way is there to start the run up to the Christmas magic.

Ask yourself the question - do you believe in Santa Claus?
