How to donate to the Albany Theatre Trust
The Albany Theatre relies heavily on the support of the community, in terms of its volunteers, but also keeping the building open for use. Every penny that we get goes towards ensuring that the Theatre remains open for generations to come. Whether you are an individual or a business, there are plenty of ways to donate, both in time and money.

By clicking the link below, you will be taken directly to our Donations page. There, you’ll be able to enter the quantity of that amount to donate to the Albany Theatre. Your donation will be processed there and then.
- In Person
At the Box Office
By speaking to one of our Box Office staff, during our regular opening hours, or by leaving a message on our voicemail, we will be able to process any donations to the theatre. You can donate by cash, card or cheque.
At a show
After every performance, our friendly volunteer ushers will be holding a bucket near the exit of the building. Please give generously.
- Goods and Services
The Albany Theatre is in an old building and there are always improvements and work that needs doing; we have come a long way since we reopened back in 2013 but there is a long way still to go. If you aren’t able to donate money but would like to help in other ways we are always looking for building, plumbing and electrical supplies and expertise, to talk to us about what you are able to give please contact donations@albanytheatre.co.uk
