Our Online Ticketing and Access Scheme

The Albany Theatre Trust is now working with Nimbus Disability to help us to make booking tickets and accessing our theatre more inclusive for customers with accessibility requirements.

This means that all our Access customers will now require either an Access Card or an Albany Theatre Digital Access Pass.

What is an Access Card?

Nimbus Access Cards cost £15 and last for three years. You will receive a physical Access Card and this will enable you to let venues around the world know of your access requirements. Please follow this link to see the directory of all venues that accept the Access Card.

What is an Albany Theatre Digital Access Pass?

The Albany Theatre Digital Access Pass is free of charge and allows you to share your access requirements with Albany Theatre only. You will not receive a physical card but will instead receive an Access Pass Number via email. You can upgrade to the full Access Card at any time.

Linking your Access Card or Albany Theatre Digital Access Pass to Albany Theatre's ticketing system

Now that you have successfully applied for your Access Card or Albany Theatre Digital Access Pass, you will need to link this with your account on Albany Theatre’s ticketing system. If you do not currently have an Albany Theatre account one will be created for you when you click the link below. Once your Albany Theatre account is linked to your Access Card or your Access Pass, the access requirements that you detailed in your Nimbus application will automatically be shared with the Albany Theatre using Nimbus’ clever access symbols.
