The Firebird Singers are a mixed group of over 60 people based in Meriden and ranging in age from 14 to 94, with soprano, alto, tenor and bass voices. They perform both in Meriden and in the Coventry area and last year venues included Holy Trinity Church, Blue Coat School and local radio. Combining singing for pleasure with raising money for charity, the choir have donated over £13,000 to date to various local charities. The choir is constantly growing in size and popularity.
Andrew Smith, their young and talented Musical Director, has been with the choir since October 2011. He has expanded their repertoire and raised standards to an impressive level.
This concert has outstanding soloists and choral harmonies and the choir will be performing popular music from movies both old and new. Join us and relive your favourite movie memories.

Wheelchair designated spaces are available at the rear of the auditorium and are available by contacting the Box Office. Patrons who wouldn't be able to attend the theatre without accompaniment are eligible for one free companion ticket, these also can only be booked via Box Office.
