We are proud here at The Albany Theatre to have announced our half-term entertainment line-up, giving families in Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond the chance to enjoy a range of high-quality entertainment from interactive mysteries to puppet adventures as part of our Autumn/Winter 2022 programme.
Terry Deary’s True Ghost Stories
Taking place on Sunday 23rd October at 7pm.
The man behind Horrible Histories is back! A brand-new adaptation of Terry Deary’s True Ghost Stories is hitting the stage, full of spine-chilling characters and ghastly ghosts from the past. Head back in time to a 1920s theatre, meet some cut-throats, unravel an ancient Roman curse, investigate the vanishing Victorian, and expose the Blonde Witch of Lime Street!
A spine-tingling show with the scary bits left in!

The Noise Next Door: The Mysterious Mansion of Mystery
Taking place on Tuesday 25th October at 2pm.
Take a tour of the world’s most bewildering building with comedy heavyweights The Noise Next Door.
Who knows what lurks in the curious corridors and bizarre boudoirs of this ancient manor house? You do!
What you say goes in this hour of anarchic entertainment that is fun for literally everyone.

Baby Bear
Taking place on Sunday 30 October at 10:30am, 12pm, 2pm and 3:30pm.
Join Baby Bear in a story of courage and curiosity, exploring nature and wildlife in an uplifting, beautiful and comical theatre production.
Combining stunning visuals, an exploration of the senses and sung to a mesmerising soundtrack.
Baby Bear is a playful, interactive puppetry adventure for babies, toddlers and their families. The perfect first theatre experience.

The Naughty Fox
Taking place on Tuesday 1st November at 12pm, 1:30pm and 4pm.
Snuggle up in a magical den with comfy creatures – Honk, Splash and TaWit TaWoo – as they teach The Naughty Fox a very important lesson: it’s better to share.
Set in the magical forest, Fox goes on an adventure to learn from the Aurora that sharing is caring.
Feel your way through the immersive, multisensory journey of friendship and play for little ones and their grown-ups.
The show integrates creative captions for deaf and hard of hearing audience members.
