RIMBA

Saturday 22 February 2020 | 7pm

Warwick University Malaysian Society

RIMBA (or “jungle” in Malay), is a theatrical show taking place in a world much like ours, with a twist:  the animals can talk, and they won’t stop talking! Deep in the tropical rainforests of Malaysia, a powerful spirit protects the inhabitants of the jungle. However, external dangers from modern development threaten the animals’ home and lives; Will their merry-making days and vibrant lives in the jungle come to an end?

Brought to you by the Warwick Malaysian Students Association, RIMBA is filled with bossy owls, grumpy crocodiles, showy peacocks, dancing tigers and clumsy villagers, a magical tail - oops, tale! - for everyone to enjoy!
