Expert multi-instrumentalist and member of leading folk band, The Harvesters, BOB POWELL hosts another of his popular workshops on Slide Guitar skills and techniques. If you have mastered basic guitar-playing and want to broaden your repertoire to include slide guitar for lead or accompaniment, this is the event for you! Bring your guitar and a bottleneck or other guitar slide if you have one, although there will be some available to borrow. Bob will provide advice and guidance on kit, technique, tuning and licks to enable you to add that blues or country edge to your sound. All are welcome, especially younger aspiring guitarists.
