Let’s Rock The 70s
Friday 24th January 2025

Let’s Rock The 70s presents the iconic rock songs that defined an era, from the glam of David Bowie, T-Rex and The Sweet, to the soaring classics of The Eagles, and ELO, not forgetting the monster riffs of Queen, Pink Floyd and many other truly ground breaking artists of the 70s.

The show is performed by cult Punk Queen Hazel O’Connors band, well known for rocking some of the best venues in the land.

In the past, The band have also backed Toyah Willcox, Carol Decker (T’Pau), Pauline Black (The Selecter), Neville Staple (The Specials) and many more.

Dancing in the Auditorium

Whilst we know our audiences love to get up and dance when they come to see live bands and tribute acts at the Albany Theatre, we do ask that you please be considerate of those around you and be aware this may obstruct the view for other patrons. Please do not dance in or block the aisles.

For those patrons who want to remain seated we recommend that they book their seats from row E, or in the Balcony (where the balcony is on sale), where dancing is prohibited due to the rake of the seats making it unsafe.

Please note that the access to the Balcony area is via stairs only and there is no lift access to the Balcony seating area.

See Getting Here for more information on how to find us.
